I had just purchased a bargain beach cruiser in black. The stock handlebars were too short and too thin, so I started looking for some replacement bars with a more extreme pullback. I ordered these along with a pair of Nirve Rivets Cruiser Bicycle Handlebar Grips. Less than a half hour after they were delivered, I was dazzling the neighbors with my sweet ride. These bars boast a satin black finish and a relaxing hand position.
Here's the information I would have found most helpful before buying these handlebars: The ends are 7/8" in diameter; the center, where it mounts to the steering stem (gooseneck), is 1". I don't know the exact nomenclature, but the rise is about 10", the distance between bar ends is 27", and the distance from stem to bar end is about 11". Hope that helps.
I ordered these bars for a beach cruiser that I'm working on. It's an old Murray Westport, and it's got nice swooping lines. The only problem with it was the stock handlebars were really boxy and angular, and didn't fit at all with the lines of the bike.
I found these bars on Amazon and ordered them right away. They arrived quickly along with some Nirve handlebar grips and a Nirve seat, which I have reviewed separately. The look of them is fantastic, and they are a great size for the bike. They installed quickly and easily and are just what I was looking for
I'm really happy with this purchase. They look so much better on the beach cruiser than the stock handlebars did
