I had an older Target/Schwinn floor pump that worked okay. I have bikes with both schraeder and presta valves, so it was a pain in the ass having to open the pump head and flip the valve seal to go between both kinds of valves.
This avenir pump hose was much beefier than my existing hose and the head works beautifully for both scraeder and presta valves. The seal is tight, what more can you ask for? A warning, though, if you push the presta valve in too far, it makes it difficult to pull out.
The pump head on my old pump broke. This one replaced it and my old pump--which I really liked--works like neew.
